Imaaya Designs and its staff are committed to providing the best quality service and products. However:

• All images shown in catalogs or online are for reference purposes. Actual product may slightly vary due to fabric dye, lighting, or finishing differences.

• Measurements provided by clients are assumed accurate. Imaaya Designs is not responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements given by the customer.

• Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of policy violations, misuse, or any behavior that affects our staff or business operations.

By purchasing from Imaaya Designs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

At Imaaya Designs, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality, customized fashion. Due to the nature of our boutique services—many of which are tailor-made or made-to-order—we follow a clear refund policy:

1. No Refund on Custom Orders

All custom-stitched garments, altered items, and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable, as they are specifically designed and crafted per individual client measurements and preferences.

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

• Ready-made or unstitched items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The original receipt is presented.

  • The item is not part of a sale, offer, or clearance.

• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The item is found to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced.

• The item delivered was completely different from what was ordered.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days, and credited through the original mode of payment.

At Imaaya Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and all tags are intact. To initiate a return, please email us at support@imaayadesigns.in with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the item.

Please note that customized or made-to-order products, items purchased during sale or promotional events, and damaged or worn items not caused during transit are not eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns on accessories or innerwear due to hygiene reasons.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same process as returns. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
